Jerry Johnson sworn in as club President for Rotary Club of East Cobb
The Rotary Club of East Cobb welcomed new President Jerry Johnson last week at the clubs final meeting of the 2016-2017 year. After a very successful year, Sam Pierce passed the gavel to Mr. Johnson to continue the 32 years of successfully providing service to others through community involvement locally and internationally. As President of the Rotary Club of East Cobb, Jerry will be promoting this year's Rotary International's theme: Rotary: Making a Difference. He will continue to support the local and international service projects initiated by the dedicated men and women members of the East Cobb Club. Among the initiatives that is well under way is this year's annual Dog Days 5K race happening July 29th.
